Established in 1979 as a general civil engineering and ground works contractor, BURRAS Ltd has since developed its level of services and now enjoys a reputation as one of the South Coasts most experienced civil engineering and piling contractors.
Contracts typically range in size from small works to £1.5 million and include ground works, foundation piling, sheet piled wall construction and marine works such as coastal protection schemes and waterfront development projects.
BURRAS Ltd is based in Hampshire and has a track record of delivering projects to programme and within budget. The Company operates its own plant and machinery including specialist pile driving equipment and benefits from a directly employed skilled and experienced workforce.

This commitment by Michael Burras is supported by his long standing view that the Company should keep pace with new technology and, whenever possible, own and operate its own fleet of specialist plant and equipment.
This philosophy is underlined by the recent addition to the Burras fleet of the Llamada P-90TT continuous flight auger piling rig. This latest advancement in augur piling technology will allow high quality piles to be installed quickly, efficiently and cost effectively. The addition of the P-90TT complements the extensive piling and contracting services available through BURRAS Ltd and enables Burras to continue to offer Clients the highest quality of service and product.
